That could be a brand-new implementation for a group like Dick Lovett, or refining the setup for a long-standing customer like Steven Eagell. “We recently helped them roll out updated templates for Motability across 46 sites. Five templates per dealer, all delivered quickly and remotely.”

Over time, business needs can shift - and what once worked perfectly may no longer hit the mark.
“Many dealers are still running the same Documents configuration they had years ago,” says Jacque. “That’s fine... until it isn’t. We’re often brought in to help optimise their setup so it reflects how they operate today. It’s one of the most satisfying parts of the job - making a few targeted changes that completely transform how the system performs for them.”
Remote delivery, real impact
While Jacque handles most setup work remotely, she’s part of a wider team that can support onsite go-lives where needed. “Between myself, Matt and Terence, we’ve got deep expertise across both the technical and operational side. If there’s a problem - we know how to fix it.”
