As KCS Automotive celebrates its 15 year anniversary we took the chance to catch up with Operations Director, Helen White.

When did you first start working with Ritchie and KCS?
So I first started working with Ritchie and the KCS team, it's probably getting on for 10 years ago now when I worked for Inchcape.
What was the first project that you worked on together?
We worked on the iPower project. So Ritchie and the KCS team were our main support consultants for that project, which was a huge project for Inchcape in the UK.
What are some of the standout projects that you have worked on together?
Definitely I have to reference iPower again. It was the biggest project that we worked on in the early days. It was a huge change management program for Inchcape, upgrading and changing their processes, the customer journey, changing the structure of the DMS. The KCS consultants were our main support function for that project.
How does working with Ritchie and KCS differ from working with other suppliers in this space?
I think they bring a level of experience and I would reference that in the terms of there are a number of consultants available to support automotive retail. Most of them have a lot more software background. The KCS team have operational background and that brings a different level of experience to projects and certainly in enabling operational support for a final delivery.
Could you describe Ritchie and KCS in 3 words?
Professional, reliable, and industrious. I think that would describe Ritchie and the KCS team.
