Ritchie's Bio:

Ritchie started his automotive career over 30 years ago as a parts apprentice at Robins and Day Canterbury where he was named trainee of the year. Since then he has excelled in a variety of aftersales, IT and project management roles – culminating in successfully delivering what, at the time, were two of the largest IT projects ever undertaken by Inchcape PLC. In 2006, Ritchie set up KCS Automotive delivering services to the global automotive industry and has developed a number of successful automotive tech solutions. He’s always happy to help and makes a cracking cup of coffee.
